All quotations provided by JATRAVI are based on availability at the time of planning and are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

Prices may vary due to factors including but not limited to availability, exchange rates, seasonal conditions, or changes requested by the customer.

3. Payments

Payment methods accepted by JATRAVI may include credit cards, PayPal, and international bank transfers.

Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and final payment deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.

Any bank transfer fees or international transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the services booked, including accommodations, transportation, guided services, and third-party suppliers.

Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. Once third-party reservations have been made, cancellation fees may apply and refunds may be partial or non-refundable.

5. Changes to Bookings

JATRAVI will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability once bookings are confirmed.

6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits, are valid and meet entry requirements for Japan.

JATRAVI is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

7. Liability and Force Majeure

JATRAVI acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services and may engage third-party suppliers such as hotels, transportation providers, and guides.

While we take reasonable care in selecting our partners, JATRAVI is not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, governmental actions, or public health emergencies.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

JATRAVI shall not be held responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

Participation in travel activities involves inherent risks, and customers agree to assume responsibility for their own safety and conduct during travel.
