Reservation Information

When making your reservation, please provide your flight details, service date and time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid WhatsApp number.

Airport Pickup

For pickups at Kansai International Airport (KIX), the driver will monitor your arriving flight and provide up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time.

If your flight is delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted based on the latest flight information. If your flight is cancelled or your flight number changes, please notify us as soon as possible.

Driver Contact & Meeting Information

Before the transfer, the driver will send you the vehicle details, meeting information, and Meet & Greet instructions via WhatsApp so you can easily locate the driver.

Hotel / City Pickup

For pickups from hotels or designated locations within Kyoto City, the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

If you need to change the pickup or drop-off location, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to service-area availability and may incur an additional charge.

Vehicle & Service Details

Maximum Capacity:
Up to 4 passengers and 4 standard-size suitcases (approximately 24 inches each)

Vehicle:
Toyota Alphard or similar 7-seater vehicle

Estimated Travel Time:
Kansai International Airport (KIX) ↔ Kyoto City: approximately 75–120 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and the pickup or drop-off location.

Operating Hours:
24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Luggage

Each passenger may bring one standard-size suitcase of approximately 24 inches.

Please contact us in advance if you will be traveling with oversized luggage, multiple large suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags, ski equipment, or other bulky items.

If the total amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle’s safe capacity, a larger vehicle or additional vehicle may be required, and additional charges may apply.
