Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?

The driver will monitor your arriving flight and adjust the pickup time based on the latest flight information. Up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided from the actual landing time.

Q: Where will I meet the driver at Narita Airport?

Meeting instructions and driver details will be sent to you via WhatsApp before the transfer. Meet & Greet information will also be provided for airport pickups.

Q: Can I change my pickup or drop-off location?

Reservation Information

When making your reservation, please provide your flight details, service date and time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid WhatsApp number.

Airport Pickup

For pickups at Narita Airport (NRT), the driver will monitor your arriving flight and provide up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time.

If your flight is delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted based on the latest flight information. If your flight is cancelled or your flight number changes, please notify us as soon as possible.

Driver Contact & Meeting Information

Before the transfer, the driver will send you the vehicle details, meeting information, and Meet & Greet instructions via WhatsApp so you can easily locate the driver.

Hotel / City Pickup

For pickups from hotels or designated locations in Yokohama, the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

If you need to change the pickup or drop-off location, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to service-area availability and may incur an additional charge.

Luggage

Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle, number of passengers, and luggage size.

Please contact us in advance if you will be traveling with oversized luggage, multiple large suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags, ski equipment, or other bulky items.

If the total amount of luggage exceeds the selected vehicle’s safe capacity, a larger or additional vehicle may be required, and additional charges may apply.

Payment

Full payment must be completed at least 3 days before the scheduled service date.

If payment is not completed by the deadline, the reservation may be automatically cancelled. Any amount already paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Booking Confirmation

Approximately 3 days before the scheduled service date, we will send you a confirmation email to reconfirm your transfer details.

Changes

Changes to the pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, or other booking details must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

Requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
