For your departure transfer, the driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or designated location and take you to Narita Airport, helping you avoid crowded trains, multiple transfers, and the inconvenience of traveling with luggage.

Full payment must be completed at least 3 days before the scheduled service date.
If payment is not completed by the deadline, the reservation may be automatically cancelled. Any amount already paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance.
● Booking Confirmation
Approximately 3 days before the scheduled service date, we will send you a confirmation email to reconfirm your transfer details.
● Changes
Changes to the pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, or other booking details must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may not be accepted.
● Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
