New Chitose Airport ↔ Niseko Private Round-Trip Transfer

Reservation Information

When making your reservation, please provide your flight details, service date and time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid WhatsApp number.

Airport Pickup

For pickups at New Chitose Airport (CTS), the driver will monitor your arriving flight and provide up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time.

If your flight is delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted based on the latest flight information. If your flight is cancelled or your flight number changes, please notify us as soon as possible.

Driver Contact & Meeting Information

Before the transfer, the driver will send you the vehicle details, meeting information, and Meet & Greet instructions via WhatsApp so you can easily locate the driver.

Hotel / Resort Pickup

For pickups from hotels or designated locations in Niseko, the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

If you need to change the pickup or drop-off location, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to service-area availability and may incur an additional charge.

Vehicle & Service Details

Maximum Capacity:
Toyota Alphard: up to 4 passengers with up to 4 standard-size suitcases (approximately 24 inches each).
Toyota HiAce: up to 8 passengers. Luggage capacity varies depending on the number of passengers and luggage size.

Vehicle:
Toyota Alphard or Toyota HiAce, depending on the package selected.

Estimated Travel Time:
New Chitose Airport (CTS) ↔ Niseko: approximately 2.5–3.5 hours each way, depending on weather, snow, road conditions, traffic, and the exact pickup or drop-off location.

Operating Hours:
24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Luggage & Ski Equipment

Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle, number of passengers, and luggage size.

If you are traveling with skis, snowboards, oversized luggage, multiple large suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, or other bulky items, please contact us before booking so we can confirm the most suitable vehicle.

If the total amount of luggage or ski equipment exceeds the selected vehicle’s safe capacity, a larger or additional vehicle may be required, and additional charges may apply.
